SELECTIVE PALLET RACKS

  SELECTIVE PALLET RACKS

Precision stock control becomes effortless with Selective Pallet Rack. It employs industrial racks which can be customized to fit any space and can store almost any type of product or load. This rack is highly versatile and easy to maintain, thanks to its wide range of accessories.

Roll-formed pallet racks are the most commonly used and functional racking system in the industry, making them the best solution for warehouses with palletized products. They are capable of storing a wide variety of goods.

Advantages:

  • Direct access to each pallet

  • Simple stock management

  • Adaptable to any product volume, weight or size

  • Cost savings through wide span beams with piston lock connectors

  DRIVE-IN PALLET RACKS

Drive-In/Drive-Thru Pallet Racks are a high-density rack solution that can help you make the most of your space. These racks are perfect for storing low-rotation products on multiple pallets. They can be customized to operate as either a first in, first out system or a last in, first out system.

This system is particularly useful if you have a large stock of a few product types. By using this high-density system, you can reduce your overall storage space requirements by 35% or more, when compared to a standard pallet rack configuration.

Some of the key advantages of this system include the ability to choose between LIFO (last in, first out) or FIFO (first in, first out) load methods, deep lane storage which reduces space and holds more loads, elimination of multiple access aisles, and more control over inputs and outputs. This system also provides more storage density instead of the direct access of pallet racks, and is specifically designed for your pallets and forklifts.

DRIVE IN PALLET RACKS
PALLET FLOW RACKS

   PALLET FLOW RACKS

Pallet Flow Racks are a useful storage solution that helps optimize storage space and increase efficiency in the picking aisle. This type of system uses a first-in, first-out (FIFO) process where pallets are loaded at the top of an inclined rack and glide safely and smoothly at a controlled rate to the front of the storage lane.

These heavy-duty systems are built to last and are equipped with rugged load-bearing wheels that ensure trouble-free operations for years. Whether you move merchandise on pallets or as part of an order picking system, inventory rotation is quick and efficient.

Advantages:

Using Pallet Flow Racks can help you save space, reduce handling times, and cut down on expenses related to manpower and utilities. Additionally, this system is ideal for products with expiration dates, as it promotes optimal rotation of goods and provides almost solid usable storage space.

  PUSH BACK RACKING SYSTEMS

Push Back Racking Systems are designed for the high-density storage of multiple products. This versatile system combines excellent selectivity with maintenance-free structures. The nesting carriages of this system can deep store up to five pallets at a time, resulting in extremely high pick-flows from all lane entrances facing the work aisle. When a pallet is loaded, it is placed on the free-rolling carriage and pushed back into the lane by loading additional pallets. During unloading, gravity moves the pallets forward to the aisle on the telescopic carriages, eliminating the need for reaching or equipment driving into the rack.

Advantages:

Efficient use of space with some reduction in direct product accessibility. Yields years of maintenance-free operations with sturdy construction.

PUSH BACK RACKING SYSTEM
PALLET SHUTTLE RACK SYSTEM

   PALLET SHUTTLE

Semi-automatic system that utilizes an electric shuttle to quickly and accurately load and unload pallets within compact racks.

The Pallet Shuttle is a highly efficient storage system that utilizes a shuttle powered by an electric motor to transport goods along rails within a storage channel. This innovative shuttle solution replaces forklifts, which significantly reduces operating times and allows products to be grouped by channels instead of entire lanes.

The shuttle receives orders from an operator through a WiFi-connected tablet and deposits the load in the first available location in the channel. It also compacts the pallets to maximize storage space. By eliminating forklift traffic within the lanes, storage capacity is increased and the risk of accidents is reduced. Moreover, the shuttle racks experience minimal damage, operator movements are optimized, and warehouse operations are modernized and made more flexible.

Advantages:

Save Space

Store more pallets deeper since channel heights can exceed 131 ft and are limited by handling equipment.

Save Time

The time taken to load and unload is minimized because the operator doesn't have to move around within the lanes. The shuttle can travel at a speed of 295 ft/min when empty and 148 ft/min when loaded. Additionally, the load lifting cycle takes only 2 seconds.

Increased Productivity

The warehouse is seeing an increase in the movement of goods. The unique feature of the drive-in system allows items to be grouped into channels instead of requiring a full lane, which enables greater product diversification. The operator movements are optimized through the product-to-person system, where the load is moved to the operator for efficient operation.
